We exist to try and keep order in ee, all the fighting and rivalries that take place just gets anoying, we should try to get everyone back into the mood of just playing for run and competion and not to gloat at the other guy when he loses(unless he really deserves it). The U.P.F. will not tolerate that, so that is our mission, to try to make this game as fun for everyone as posible.
